In May, the wonderful Franki and Elliott exchanged their vows at our Temple. They looked across the pond at their 140 closest friends and family. The day was captured by Sarah Legge Photography and W4 Wedding Films. Franki and Elliott’s wedding day was a perfect English Summer wedding, the Sun finally showed its face and all of their guests enjoyed soaking it up as much as possible during their drinks reception on our Main Lawn.
Following their day of dreams, we asked them a few questions about their experience at Micklefield Hall and here is what they said!
What made you choose Micklefield Hall for your wedding?
About a year before we got engaged we were driving through the Sarratt lanes and noticed the iron gates. I quickly looked on Google Maps to see what was there and as soon as we saw the venue we looked at each other and said: “This is where we will get married one day”. We knew immediately. The perfect blend between an outside and inside wedding, and the quintessentially English vibe was exactly what we always dreamed of.
What was your favourite moment of the day?
It’s hard to pick one moment, but the ceremony was very special. Walking down the outside aisle, and Elliott being able to see me with my dad was truly special.
Would you recommend us to a friend?
Yes without a doubt – all of you were fantastic and the day was amazing from start to finish.
Do you have any feedback/suggestions for us?
Genuinely, cannot fault you or add anything. All our family and friends are saying it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and are still in awe of the beauty and effortlessness of the day.
