Micklefield Hall is set within a 350 acre estate with rolling lawns and valley views. We have teamed up with 2 amazing glamping suppliers to offer our clients a fun and memorable stay at Micklefield Hall.

Please note that all 6 Micklefield bedrooms will need to be booked before glamping is permitted and there will be additional ground hire fees that are listed further down.
All guests will need to agree to the glamping terms and conditions which are also detailed below.
Bumble Bell Tents
The BUMBLE glamping tents allow every guest to immerse themselves into a stylish, luxury bell tent heaven. Our style is unique and each tent is fully dressed with lots of stylish extras; comfortable beds, bespoke flooring, designer cushions, luxurious throws, ambient lighting and most importantly it will be clean and fresh.
Rent Bell Tents LTD
Rent Bell Tents provide a whole range of canvas bell tents in a variety of sizes. Choose your interior from Pitch only to hotel range.
All furnished tent prices are based on two people sharing, 4m bells can fit up to 3 people, 5m bells up to 5 people, 6m bells up to 8 people. The Emperor will sleep up to 6 people comfortably.
Glamping Hire Fee
Please note, to book glamping units through Bumble Tents or Rent Bell Tents LTD for your wedding or event at Micklefield Hall, all 6 Micklefield Hall bedrooms need to be booked and there will be an additional hire fee. This hire fee can be divided between confirmed bookings and invoiced individually or can be paid for by the couple.
Our hire fee covers the cost of the following:
- Staff on call to answer any questions, deal with any guest difficulties, see guests from the venue to their bell tents and be on call throughout the night in case of an emergency.
- Bottles of water for the tents, to keep glampers hydrated.
- The hire of toilet facilities (upgrade options are available to ‘posh loo trailers’).
- Safety kits (e.g fire extinguishers, first aid kits).
- Use of the lower parkland at Micklefield Hall for glamping.

Glamping Terms & Conditions
- All 6 bedrooms at Micklefield Hall need to be booked in addition to glamping units (overnight booking, with or without breakfast).
- Glamping must been booked through Bumble Bell Tents or Rent Bell Tents LTD and only bell tents are permitted.
- Check in to your bell tents is from 12pm on the day.
- Staying in the bell tents the night before the wedding or event is not permitted (unless consent from Micklefield Hall is given however this will only be granted if there is no event at Micklefield Hall and with maximum 1 weeks notice).
- Check out the following morning from your bell tent is by 11am.
- All glamping bookings do not include breakfast. Rent Bell Tents do offer a ‘breakfast on the go option’ so please do enquire with them if you would like breakfast.
- All glamping bookings do not include access to shower facilities. Rent Bell Tents do offer ‘shanty shower’ options so please do enquire with them if you would like shower facilities.
- Smoking is not permitted within the bell tents, or within 5 metres of a bell tent. Please extinguish all cigarettes within the smoking bins provided.
- Micklefield Hall does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to person, party or guests, property, or vehicles whilst glamping at Micklefield Hall.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to book without a parent or guardian. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- No access is allowed back into the venue after guests have been guided to the bell tents.
- Guests are only permitted to explore the local area via the footpath which runs adjacent to the bell tent pitches. All surrounding fields and woods are privately owned and there is no public access allowed.
- Talking and noise must be kept to a minimum during your stay. All talking and noise must cease completely by 00.30 which allows enough time for guests to settle into their bell tents. If our on call staff member needs to remind guests about noise levels more than once, guests will be asked to leave the site. Drunken, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
The following items are not permitted whilst glamping at Micklefield Hall. This is to ensure glamper’s safety, and the safety and well being of our local plants and wildlife!
- Amplified music including any form of portable speakers
- Drones / kites / confetti cannons / fireworks / Chinese lanterns
- Cooking equipment (inside or outside the bell tents) including camping stoves/gas BBQs/jet boils and any other device that contains a heating element (to ensure the safety of all of our guests and our surrounding ancient woodland)
- Dogs or any other pet (we are a working farm with wild animals and want to keep our livestock safe from disease etc.)
