The Micklefield Hall team were very excited to be approached by Caroline Hendry-Smith from Notion Jewellery with the opportunity to create a unique offering for our past, present and future couples.
Woodland-inspired jewellery is at the heart of Caroline’s business. This perfectly aligns with our magnificent 450 year old English oak tree overlooking the temple area. Baring witness to many beautiful wedding ceremonies over the last 20 years, our great oak provides the perfect backdrop to this magical and romantic place to get married.
At the beginning of April 2024, Caroline visited Micklefield Hall to gather clippings of the oak tree, just before the buds started burst. Then, the oak tree samples were whisked away to be cut and casted to create an exclusive range of jewellery. The range includes rings, bangles, cufflinks and necklace pendants.
As you can see, the samples that Notion Jewellery have created from our oak tree are simply beautiful. These pieces can also be made to order in silver, white, yellow and rose gold or platinum. The option to exchange of wedding rings cast from the oak tree overlooking your ceremony is simply poetic. Or perhaps a sentimental keepsake anniversary gift.
We are absolutely delighted to have collaborated with Notion Jewellery and to have watched Caroline create such beautiful items. If you would like any more information, make a purchase or arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements, please contact Caroline Hendry-Smith at Notion Jewellery.
